Yes, we can deliver and set up specialty or high-end equipment. Smaller rentals (such as portable projectors or sound systems) are user-friendly and can be set up by almost anyone. However, we are always more than happy to accustom our customers to how their gear works before leaving.
We currently accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as payment methods.
While we can sometimes support same-day rentals, we prefer equipment requests to be made at least 3 business days in advance to ensure availability.
Yes, there is a $150 “Open Door Fee” that will be charged if needing to pick up or return gear over the weekend.
We are only able to ship our specialty equipment (such as multi-touch kiosks, holograms, etc.) across the entire United States.
If I only need a piece of equipment for a one-day event that is over the weekend, do I still need to pay a 3-day rate?
No, we will charge you a one-day rental rate for gear that is picked up on a Friday and will be returned on the following Monday.
We're a production company traveling to Florida, can you set up the event with your gear and technicians while following our staffs' direction?
Yes! We call this “white-gloving,” where we set up the entire event for you and provide technical support, while you run the show.
